Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your training session and/or booking,

you must notify BigRock Dirt Park immediately in writing. On receipt of your

written advice, cancellation will take effect. Refund policies are as below:

• More than 5 days before the training date: FREE CANCELLATION

• 5-3 days before the training date: 50% will be charged as a cancellation

fee.

• 0-2 days before the training date: 100% will be charged as a cancellation

fee.

• In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation

fee.

• In case the training session is not possible due to factors like rain

or govt restrictions then the client can reschedule the session to the

next preferred date, but no refund will be done in this case.

CANCELLATION BY BIGROCK DIRT PARK:

We will not cancel your booking unless:

• We are forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as war,

civil and political unrest, or “force majeure”. Cancellations and

refunds in such a situation will be based on the proximity of the booking

start date and may warrant a deduction in the advance paid out.

• If the cancellation is forced due to bad weather conditions, we will

reschedule the session and not issue a refund.

• If the cancellation is unavoidable due to our trainers being

unavailable, a refund will be issued in 7 working days.
