CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your training session, you must notify BigRock Dirt Park immediately in writing. On receipt of your written advice, the cancellation will take effect. Refund policies are as below;

All cancellations will warrant a Rs1000 deduction as transaction charges upon receipt of written advice for cancellation. The Remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. Cancellations and bookings made 5 days before the scheduled session will warrant a refund of 30% only 50% refund if cancellation is made 10 days before the scheduled session. 100% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the scheduled session.

CANCELLATION BY BIGROCK DIRT PARK;

We will not cancel your booking unless:

We are forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, civil and political unrest, or “force majeure”. Cancellations and refunds in such a situation will be based on the proximity of the Training start date and may warrant a deduction in the advance paid out. If the cancellation is forced due to bad weather conditions, we will reschedule the session and not issue a refund. If the cancellation is unavoidable due to our trainers being unavailable, a refund will be issued in 7 working days.

Food and Beverage

Food will only be provided at BigRock Dirt Park as per request. Patrons are requested to carry their own packed food (in case they don’t want to eat here) as well as their water bottles. We have water dispensers at the facility, so the bottle can be refilled.

Safety Procedures

NO PLUS ONE’S will be permitted without prior permission. Parking 1 & 2 will be used for all cars and bikes. Vehicles cannot proceed beyond that point. A thermal temperature scan will be required for all patrons. All riders must book their slots in advance via our website or by contacting us on +9191483 27116. No walk-ins will be entertained. Only online payments will be accepted. We request all to be seated in their respective vehicles if they arrive more than 25 minutes before their batch time. Do not show up excessively early for your batch – if you turn up early before your time you will be turned away. All patrons must carry their face masks. All patrons must carry their gear. Only boots, chest guards, arm guards & knee guards will be provided on rent. All must adhere to social distancing norms & avoid coughing and spitting on the property. Riders will not be allowed to enter the hangar. The bikes will be brought outside from where they will be assigned to the riders. Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times (apart from when riding). The maximum group size permitted is 20. The bathrooms will be used as changing rooms. The riders are requested to keep all their private belongings in their cars.

Bikes, gear & common areas

The bikes, gear & common areas will be disinfected between batches. Please dispose of any hazardous waste like masks, gloves, tissues in the biohazard marked dustbin.
